WOODEN ENTRANCE DOORS
The entrance doors that we elaborate fall into the same category as the windows. They are divided into the same systems according to the thickness of the profiles and are made according to the same technology. These are doors on a casement (frame), which does not cover the entire wall, like the interior doors, but is installed inside the opening just like the window frames. Entrance doors can be fully or partially glazed, paneled, and in some cases smooth. All timber species and surface coatings that we work with for joinery are also applicable for entrance doors. The standard hardware that we include in the door kit is as follows: adjustable external hinges with decorative caps, a low aluminum threshold that has to be positioned on the finished floor, a stud lock, a secret cartridge and handles on both sides. At the customer’s request, we can add a peephole, additional decorative jambs and casings that cover the wall on both sides, a fixed ball or paw on the outside instead of a handle. If required, an access control lock can be installed with a PIN code, fingerprint or chip keypad. As for entrance doors for architectural monuments, depending on the complexity of the model, we could offer the manufacture of a replica of the authentic entrance door.
If you plan to have a metal grill on the outside of the door, we can get you in touch
with a master ironworker who will make the grill for you. Then we’ll take it to our
factory and install it on the door we have made for you.
